Technical Sales/Account Manager: (Currently hiring for 2 available positions)

Work with partner sales channels to develop new business. Manage major accounts and call on new and existing accounts. Technical background with sales experience in networking and Internet security products. Must have the ability to follow up on leads and close strategic business deals. Experience using CRM software, order processing software, strong communication required.

Technical Support Engineer: (currently hiring for 2 available positions)

Junior level Engineering position that provides technical assistance for customers implementing our technology products. Strong networking and computer skills required, computer and technical certifications are a plus. Work with Engineering team to design and implement new network infrastructures, suggest new technologies and troubleshoot existing customer issues. Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating system environments recommended. Ability to learn and integrate new technologies in a fast-paced environment.

Junior Level Web Content Developer: (currently hiring for 1 available position)

A Junior level position for Web Content development and updates for ecommerce websites. Knowledge of Microsoft FrontPage and Adobe Photoshop required. Daily work load consists of self-managed web update projects, developing new content, updating exiting content including text, images, pricing, etc, and removing older content. Strong HTML and CSS background recommended, Search Engine Optimization knowledge a plus.
